Ms. Viola began her real estate and underwriting career in 2004 and has experience across all major real estate asset classes in a variety of markets. Previous positions held include Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting and Assistant Vice President at Nomura. While at FTI, her work was focused on valuing and evaluating potential restructuring scenarios for commercial real estate assets. During her tenure at Nomura, she managed over $2 Billion of debt transactions. Natalie holds a BS in Business Administration from USC, with a specialization in Corporate Finance, and completed the Marshall Honors Program. She is in the process of earning her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where she volunteers as a FEMBAssador and is a member of the Anderson Real Estate Association. She is active in the Urban Land Institute, a member of Commercial Real Estate Women’s Los Angeles Chapter, and serves on the USC Alumni Real Estate Network (USCAREN) Leadership Council’s Programming Committee.
